Job summary

BDO USA Office of the General Counsel seeks an experienced E‑discovery and Litigation Support (EDLS) Manager to oversee electronic discovery and data projects, coordinating with OGC attorneys on preservation, collection, review and production in civil, regulatory, government and administrative matters.

The role requires advanced eDiscovery knowledge, litigation support leadership, and strong collaboration with IT, paralegals and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in an electronic discovery and/or forensic litigation setting as a litigation support specialist.
• Experience in project or process management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists OGC attorneys with executing eDiscovery strategy, including organization, tracking and execution of electronic data preservation, collection, review and production.
• Provides expertise regarding preservation, collection, review and production.
• Interfacing with IT and third‑party vendors on EDLS projects and managing custodian interviews, collections and reviews.
