Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Data Specialist with extensive knowledge of litigation discovery processes to support an EDRM workflow for a large Federal agency initiative. You will handle data loads, exports, and QA across multiple tools and platforms, ensuring compliance with ESI specs and client needs.

Responsibilities include managing document review databases, coordinating with attorneys, and supporting litigation teams with data processing, redactions, and quality assurance using tools like

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred—preferably in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of the eDiscovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document processing software and encryption methods.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops, evaluates and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.
• Ensure incoming productions are made pursuant to applicable ESI specifications.
• Exports data from contractor and client databases, including redactions, ensuring ESI specification compliance and QA.
