You will coordinate external engagement requests across Cat Digital and Cat Technology, manage intake, reviews, approvals and tracking, and maintain a centralized messaging hub. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in communications or PR, strong project management and written communications skills, and the ability to align

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn topics, monitor industry trends and evaluate opportunities through a business lens.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create concise, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience coordinating complex review and approval processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social networks.
• Experience in technology, digital transformation or innovation topics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external engagement timelines, stakeholder reviews and approvals across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with Communications Managers, Public Affairs, Legal, Brand and business stakeholders to ensure readiness for external engagements.
• Maintain documentation and tracking related to external participation, approvals and deliverables.
• Support reporting and measurement activities to assess impact of executive visibility efforts.
• Own the process from initial submission to execution for Digital and Technology teammates.
