Job summary

A well-funded biotech company based in South San Francisco seeks a dynamic Project Team Leader (PTL) to guide drug discovery programs. In this role, you'll lead and strategize with cross-functional project teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with corporate goals. Ideal candidates will have a PhD or MD/PharmD with over 10 years of experience in biotech or pharma, particularly in early-mid-stage clinical development. The position requires onsite work at least 4 days a week, with a competitive salary range of $310K to $325K plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma drug development.
• Extensive experience in early-to-mid-stage clinical development.
• Successful track record leading projects from pre-IND to clinical stages.
