Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics seeks a highly analytical Senior Analyst to support strategic decision-making across our drug development pipeline. This role sits at the crossroads of analytics, market intelligence, and commercial strategy in a genetics-based biotech company.

The successful candidate will build market insights, perform epidemiology-based analyses, and develop valuation models to guide indications and development paths. Collaboration with finance and drug development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of pharma or biotech experience in product planning or commercial strategy.
• Experience in at least one disease segment: cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, oncology, autoimmune.
• Familiarity with drug development strategy and regulatory pathways.
• Experience with healthcare data and market research tools.
• Exposure to valuation, business development, licensing, or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to synthesize scientific, medical, and economic data.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently yet collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Across a range of disease areas, build understanding of addressable markets and forecast opportunities.
• Carry out market sizing and competitive analysis using data sets; validate through research with external experts.
• Partner to validate market segments and develop target product profiles (TPPs).
• Develop asset and disease area valuation models (e.g., rNPV) and support BD and finance discussions.
• Design and improve data models, analytical frameworks, and output formats for stakeholder communication.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and analysis tools; maintain revenue forecasts and pipeline models.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools to support analyses with end users.
• Provide insights to drug development, project management, and finance teams to support planning.
