• 5–7 years of major gifts or donor relations experience.
• Demonstrated success managing a major donor portfolio.
• CFRE or equivalent credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic donor relationships through meetings, visits, and stewardship.
• Develop engagement strategies for 125–175 donor relationships.
• Collaborate with CAO and Annual & Sustainer Giving to plan moves and stewardship.
• Identify prospective major donors through analytics and referrals.
