Responsibilities

• Own acquisition, retention, and donor upgrade strategies for supporters up to $25,000.
• Develop and manage annual giving campaigns across direct mail, digital fundraising, and broad-base channels.
• Oversee donor stewardship initiatives, including acknowledgments and impact reporting.
• Refine and manage the annual donor communications and stewardship calendar.
• Lead donor engagement opportunities such as campus tours and regional gatherings.
• Design donor journeys to deepen engagement and increase retention.
• Identify emerging major gift prospects for referral to frontline fundraisers.
• Leverage HubSpot to track donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Own broad-base fundraising performance and donor engagement outcomes.
• KPIs: 100% gift acknowledgments within 48 hours, reports delivered on schedule, revenue growth, and annual campaigns deployed.
