Job summary

STAHL Companies seeks a skilled Deputy Program Manager to oversee contractor personnel and apply DoD shipbuilding acquisition and contract management knowledge. The role requires a DoD/Navy ACAT I program background, recent contracts experience, and a Secret clearance.

The position is contract/temporary with work location at HQ Washington, DC, offering oversight, change management, and risk assessment support to programs in government technology channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum Years Experience: Senior.
• Preferred Years Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in Acquisition management.
• Required Specialized Experience: DoD/Navy ACAT I Program, Recent Contracts experience DoD 5000.02 knowledge, Shipbuilding knowledge.
• Security Requirements: Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel. PM shall have working knowledge of DoD processes, and policies related to shipbuilding acquisition and contract management. Support by managing efforts related to acquisition documentation development/review, change management, process development/review, correspondence, briefs, risk assessments, etc.
