Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager/Contract Manager in Arlington, VA, onsite. You will lead the Army National Guard RMIC program, directing all workstreams and ensuring contract performance, staffing, schedule, quality, and financial execution.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, Active Secret clearance, and PMP certification, with 15+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years in DoD financial management or audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management).
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• PMP Certification is required; CGFM/CPA/CDFM preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of DoD financial management or audit readiness programs.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $10M in total value.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract execution across all task areas, with accountability for cost, schedule, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as executive interface with Contracting Officer, COR, ARNG G-8, RMF Division leadership and other government stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration, deliverable schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Lead staffing and workforce management, including recruitment, retention, cross-training, backups, and surge support.
• Execute the Quality Control Plan and ensure deliverables meet government acceptance standards.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, deliverables tracker, and program risk-issue-action log.
• Provide budget oversight and financial execution management, including subcontractor cost and performance control.
• Direct transition-in activities and establish program control timelines.
