Job summary

University of Dayton seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Integration Manager to lead rapid integration programs at the Hangar-01 facility in Beavercreek, OH. You will support the Combat Readiness Directorate and Rapid Sustainment Office, coordinating across teams to deliver effective organic sustainment solutions.

The role requires DoD/USAF logistics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel ~5%. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business/management or related field required.
• Experience leading DoD/USAF logistics and acquisition activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional teams to plan and execute rapid integration initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and track cost, schedule and performance.
• Prepare briefings, reviews, and support documentation for PMRs and client meetings.
