Job summary

Free People is seeking a Divisional Merchandise Manager to grow sales and profit across assigned categories. The DMM will guide buyers, translate market and fashion trends into actionable assortments, and collaborate with design, production, and marketing to drive profitability and brand value for the Anthropologie shopping experience.

Responsibilities include shaping seasonal plans, managing budgets, optimizing inventory, and leading a team of buyers toward strong market performance and vendor

• Inspire buyers and coordinate with design, production and marketing teams.
• Oversee in-store merchandising and placement to maximize customer impact.
• Guide OTB/inventory planning to optimize margins and reduce markdowns.
• Develop team: coach buyers, provide feedback and evaluations.
