• Create monthly line plans and assortment developments.
• Partner closely with the sales, buying, planning, design, and product development teams to ensure the assortment supports brand direction.
• Identify product opportunities and assortment gaps.
• Help differentiate assortments by account type.
• Track seasonal performance and product adoption.
• Support financial goals.
