Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced financial administrator to oversee the Division’s budgeting, planning, and reporting functions. The role supports the Division Director and management in the task order and funding processes, PD workflow, and program planning.

You will analyze budgets, provide decision support, and coordinate the Central Research Program funding with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance, economics, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Division Director and management in task order and funding process.
• Serve as strategic partner in PD and funding processes with status information.
• Plan, prepare, analyze, and report budgets and program planning.
• Provide decision support analyses for program plans and annual budgets.
• Oversee Division’s PD process including cost estimation and processing.
• Prepare monthly Program Plan for Director approval.
• Coordinate Central Research Program budgets and funding expenditures.
• Collaborate with Finance on key metrics: Revenue, Cost per Staff Year, Staff Year Delivery, Indirect spending.
