Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC in Tampa/Sarasota seeks a Director of Program Finance to lead the Program Controls Finance function, oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing reviews, and ensure compliance with FAR, CAS and GAAP.

You will manage a team of Program Control Analysts, partner with executive leadership and accounting, support mergers and acquisitions, and drive financial performance across government and commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in Program Finance, FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in DoD or Federal Government contracting environments.
• Leadership experience managing finance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead program finance planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis for contracts.
• Develop and oversee annual operating budget and variances.
• Review pricing proposals, cost estimates and financial models.
• Ensure compliance with CAS, FAR, GAAP and government regulations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
• Provide financial analyses to executive leadership and ownership.
