This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and strong data-driven decision making to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost control while coordinating with stores, distribution, and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, distribution processes, inventory control, and transportation operations.
• Experience developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost control.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, transportation providers, and third-party logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and logistics teams; oversee the movement of products through the distribution network.
• Oversee strategic planning, leadership, and execution of distribution operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with stores, distribution, transportation, purchasing, and Home Office departments.
• Coach and develop teams to foster a high-performance environment.
