Job summary

St. Mary's Cement Inc., part of VCNA, is seeking a highly organized Distribution Coordinator to serve as the hub between customers, trucking partners, terminals, and plant operations in the Great Lakes region.

You will coordinate daily shipments, dispatch drivers, manage SAP data, prepare Bills of Lading, and provide analytical reports to leadership while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate/technical degree considered.
• One year of related logistics or dispatching experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments of bagged and bulk product to customers and terminals.
• Serve as primary contact for customer orders via phone and email.
• Dispatch drivers and manage order data in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and loaders.
• Prepare customs documentation for US and Canada shipments.
• Provide backup support for other Distribution Coordinators.
• Create analytical reports and leadership insights.
