Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Company in Newnan, GA is seeking a Location Manager to lead and manage our distribution operation. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with strategic leadership to drive inventory control, staff development, and customer service excellence.

You will oversee cash management, delivery coordination, and proactive service for our customers, while acting as a working manager responsible for dispatching, parts pulling, and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and control.
• Supervise and develop staff while handling P&L responsibilities.
• Manage cash handling and financial controls.
• Coordinate delivery and warehouse logistics to ensure timely service.
• Provide proactive support and service to customers.
• Perform dispatching, customer service, parts pulling and warehouse tasks as needed.
