Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Location Manager to lead and optimize our distribution operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient warehouse activity. You will guide inventory, staff development, and cash processes while driving proactive support for customers.

This working manager role combines dispatch, operations, and hands-on warehouse tasks with leadership to motivate a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. 21+ and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes, as well as the ability to motivate a dynamic team.
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management.
• Supervise and develop staff.
• Manage cash handling and financial processes.
• Coordinate delivery and warehouse logistics.
• Provide proactive support and service to Factory Motor Parts customers.
• Act as working manager: dispatching, customer service, pulling/checking in parts, and warehouse duties as needed.
