Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the distribution operation to achieve on-going objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse logistics, and delivery.
• Supervise and develop staff; monitor performance and conduct.
• Manage cash handling and financial reporting related to the site.
• Provide proactive support and service to Factory Motor Parts customers.
