Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Director of Product Development for Women’s Apparel at our Vernon headquarters. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, aligning design ambitions with feasible production, cost targets, and on-time delivery.

This role partners with Design, R&D, Merchandising, Tech Services, and Production to drive margin and speed to market. You will coach a team to optimize fabric, trims, and passes from concept to production, ensuring sustainability goals are maintained

Qualifications

• Experience leading product development teams across apparel categories.
• Strong costing and margin discipline throughout development.
• Familiarity with imports and domestic production processes.
