Bluestone-Physician-Services is looking for an Executive Director of ACO & Value-Based Strategy who will lead their value-based care platform. The position requires a strategic architect to manage financial models and develop risk programs.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the candidate must analyze data to drive ROI opportunities and collaborate with multiple teams. Candidate requirements include over 8 years in leadership in ACO administration, extensive financial and actuarial expertise, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in value-based care strategy or ACO administration.
• Deep mastery of ACO benchmark calculations and CMS HCC risk adjustment.
• Exceptional ability to influence through collaborative cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and compliance for CMS value-based programs.
• Collaborate with CFO on financial scenarios and benchmark targets.
• Analyze data for high-ROI opportunities and establish key metrics.
