Job summary

Bluestone is seeking an Executive Director of ACO & Value-Based Strategy to lead CMS program strategy, actuarial modeling and contract design across risk models. This role reports to the CFO and partners with the executive team to drive high-ROI population health initiatives.

The position can be remote or at our Stillwater, MN offices, with travel to partner sites as needed. Competitive base salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading value-based care strategy at scale.
• Direct expertise with MSSP/ACO models and risk sharing.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own CMS value-based program strategy, enrollment, and compliance.
• Model scenarios, track shared savings, and report to leadership.
• Liaise with CMS and industry coalitions on regulatory matters.
• Structure terms for MSO/affiliate relationships and commercial risk.
