Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling, social work, or related health discipline.
• 5+ years in leadership; 2+ years in university setting.
• Licensed Clinical Counselor in California.
• Ability to integrate Christian faith with student development; active church involvement.
• Familiarity with Titanium and SPSS.
• Strong clinical, written communication, and general office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic direction for Counseling Center and Student Care Team.
• Analyze data to explore CC utilization and facilitate program evaluation; prepare reports.
• Develop goals and objectives; manage budget; ensure compliance with laws.
• Provide clinical supervision, therapy, crisis support, including 24/7 on-call.
• Collaborate with campus partners on safety, threat assessment, and emergency response.
