The University of Toledo Health Science Campus seeks an Administrative Director to lead the Transplant Service Line, aligning operational performance with academic, patient-centered care goals. You will provide strategic oversight across UTMC Center for Transplant Medicine and affiliated clinics, driving coordination and continuous improvement.

• Master’s degree or higher in healthcare, business, education or related field required; MBA or MHA preferred.
• Seven plus years of previous management experience with at least five in healthcare/ transplant services.
• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives certification preferred.
• Experience with operations improvement methodologies (lean six sigma) desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
