Job summary

Pinnacle Live in the United States seeks a Director, Total Rewards & People Experience to lead compensation, benefits, leave and recognition programs across a multi-site workforce. You will design governance, frameworks, and analytics to ensure competitive and equitable rewards practices.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will partner with Finance, Operations, brokers, and vendors to modernize the function, leverage AI for insights, and drive scalable total rewards programs in

Qualifications

• Experience designing compensation and benefits programs.
• Proven ability to lead HR operations and total rewards initiatives.
• Knowledge of multi-state compensation and benefits compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the total rewards strategy end-to-end.
• Own governance, job architecture, and pay structures.
• Lead annual compensation and benefits renewals with cross-functional partners.
• Drive analytics and AI enablement for data-driven decisions.
