The Director will oversee budgeting, staff development, performance management and ensure high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires CA RN licensure, active BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years of supervisory experience within a clinical specialty. Strong leadership and collaboration with medical staff are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in California (active)
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Three years’ clinical specialty experience
• Two+ years supervisory leadership experience
• Strong computer literacy
