Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking a Director of Talent Recognition & Mobility to lead the enterprise talent recognition ecosystem and CLR/LER initiatives across 13 colleges and System Office. The role emphasizes change management, cross-functional leadership, and vendor coordination to advance a digital credentialing infrastructure in Colorado.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (not explicitly required in all cases, but commonly expected).
Five+ years of leadership experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience guiding product roadmaps, vendor relations, and cross-functional technology-enabled programs.

Responsibilities

Define and steward the Digital Talent Marketplace strategy within the CLR/LER ecosystem.
Establish systemwide quality standards for degrees, certificates, badges, and credentials.
Lead design, implementation, and scaling of the enterprise talent recognition ecosystem.
Guide integration of Credit for Prior Learning, digital badging, and skills into CLR/LER strategy.
Manage vendor relationships, roadmaps, timelines, and adoption planning.
Partner with IT, colleges, and technology vendors to ensure data architecture and interoperability.
Lead systemwide CLR/LER implementations across CCCS colleges and offices.
Coordinate communities of practice and cross-functional teams supporting talent recognition and digital credentialing.
