Job summary

The Colorado Community College System seeks a Director of Talent Recognition and Mobility to redefine how learning is recognized and connected to opportunities across Colorado. You will own the enterprise CLR/LER ecosystem, drive standards, and coordinate with 13 colleges and the System Office to build portable, valuable credentials for learners across diverse programs.

You will supervise two staff and work three days a week in the Lowry office, collaborating with academic affairs, workforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with leadership experience.
Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
Experience managing product roadmaps, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and steward the Digital Talent Marketplace strategy within CLR/LER ecosystem.
Establish systemwide quality standards for degrees, certificates, digital badges, and microcredentials.
Lead design, implementation, and scaling of the enterprise talent recognition ecosystem.
Integrate Credit for Prior Learning and digital credentials into CLR/LER strategy with stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships, roadmaps, timelines, and adoption planning around CLR/LER.
Partner with IT and colleges to ensure data architecture, privacy, and interoperability.
