Job summary

Colorado Community College System seeks a Director to redefine how learning is recognized and connected to opportunities. You will champion CLR/LER ecosystems, supervise two employees, and collaborate across 13 CCCS colleges and the System Office.

Three days per week in the Lowry office are required for meetings with System Office staff, while you will lead enterprise talent recognition initiatives and vendor partnerships to ensure scalable, interoperable credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five years of leadership experience in enterprise transformation.
• Experience guiding product roadmaps and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward the Digital Talent Marketplace strategy across CLR/LER ecosystem.
• Lead design, implementation, and scaling of the enterprise talent recognition system.
• Manage vendor relationships, roadmaps, timelines, and adoption planning.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional groups and pilots.
