Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, risk monitoring, or internal audit.
• Leadership experience overseeing teams in risk functions.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory exams, internal audits, and compliance testing for the Partnership division.
• Report findings to senior leadership and develop action plans.
• Manage a frontline QA monitoring program and modernize the QA program.
• Design, implement, and maintain risk monitoring, testing, and assurance processes across business units.
