Job summary

LevelBlue seeks a Director, Revenue Accounting & Consolidation to lead revenue accounting, close and consolidation, financial reporting, and audit readiness across a growing global business. The role blends hands‑on accounting leadership with strategic transformation.

You will resolve historical revenue accounting issues, design repeatable controls, coordinate with Finance Operations, Tax, Legal, and external advisors, and drive sustainable processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 12+ years accounting experience in multi‑entity environment.
• Deep ASC 606, contract accounting, deferred revenue, close, consolidation, and intercompany‑accounting experience.
• Strong external‑audit management experience, including PBC coordination.
• Experience with acquisitions, purchase accounting, opening‑balance‑sheet activities, and integration of acquired entities.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and international operations; transfer‑pricing coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue accounting under ASC 606 and related controls.
• Lead close, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation work.
• Drive remediation and transformation initiatives to sustainable processes.
• Manage audit readiness and PBC coordination with external auditors.
• Partner with Finance Systems, IT, Tax, Legal, and external advisors.
