Qualifications
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare reimbursement, healthcare finance, revenue cycle, managed care, or reimbursement compliance, including five years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or master-level education in related fields as specified in the Education section.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide reimbursement strategies to optimize financial performance and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee reimbursement analytics, performance monitoring, and reporting tools to support proactive payer management.
- Collaborate across Revenue Cycle, Managed Care, Finance, HIM, CDI, Compliance, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
