Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a Senior Director-Project Controls & Estimating to lead all project services functions. You will assure the project meets commercial, financial, documentation, cost and schedule requirements, acting as the single point of contact to senior management.

You will oversee project controls teams, develop robust controls systems, and drive cost estimation, scheduling, and revenue-related processes across multiple offices while promoting talent and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controls, cost controls, cost estimation, planning and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multi-office projects across diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor project controls professionals.
• Develop and improve project controls systems and processes.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule and budget commitments are met.
• Oversee cost and schedule reporting, change management and workflows.
