Fruit Growers Supply in Exeter, CA, is seeking a Director, Post-Harvest Technology & Operations to lead strategy, programs, and operational execution across post-harvest systems, CA programs, and storage technology, while building a high-performing team.

The role partners across functions to drive data-driven decisions, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, overseeing budgets, relationships with customers, and performance objectives across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive post-harvest operations, agriculture, or food production experience.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Pest Control Adviser License and/or Pesticide Regulation QAL License strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise post-harvest strategy aligned with quality, yield, and profitability goals.
• Lead long-term planning for storage systems, treatment technologies, and CA programs.
• Own departmental budgets, cost control, and ROI analysis.
• Lead and support relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee storage plans and CA storage programs across facilities.
• Standardize best practices and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
