Job summary

Fruit Growers Supply seeks a Director, Operations & Business Development to lead Operations and Strategy across its business segments, including Supply Chain & Retail, enabling FGS to become the supplier of choice for California’s agricultural community.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive leadership across multiple locations and lines of business.
• Experience launching products or driving innovation.
• Strong understanding of agricultural supply chains and ecommerce.
