Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Seven years of healthcare data experience including physician compensation models and Medicare payment models.
• Experience with financial/billing healthcare data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG).
• Proficient in Excel and Pivot tables.
• Project management, consulting or decision support experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic advisor translating financial and operational data into clear recommendations.
• Oversee physician financial performance, productivity, compensation, and service-line economics.
• Develop executive financial reporting, dashboards and performance analytics.
• Lead physician budgets, forecasts and financial performance plans.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
• Evaluate new/existing service lines and programs with leadership to guide investments.
• Support strategic business development for the long-range plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
