Qualifications

• Graduate degree in arts/nonprofit administration or related field with leadership experience.
• 7+ years in senior leadership in a nonprofit or multi-venue setting with budgets and contracts.
• Proven success in strategic planning, marketing, and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal leadership for instructional and auxiliary units totaling nearly $2 million.
• Develop diverse, financially sustainable performance seasons aligned with mission.
• Negotiate artist contracts and oversee marketing and media strategies.
• Coordinate private lessons, ensembles, and curriculum with partners.
• Collaborate with College Foundation on fundraising and donor engagement.
