Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in arts/nonprofit administration or related field with leadership experience.
- 7+ years in senior leadership in a nonprofit or multi-venue setting with budgets and contracts.
- Proven success in strategic planning, marketing, and fundraising.
Responsibilities
- Provide fiscal leadership for instructional and auxiliary units totaling nearly $2 million.
- Develop diverse, financially sustainable performance seasons aligned with mission.
- Negotiate artist contracts and oversee marketing and media strategies.
- Coordinate private lessons, ensembles, and curriculum with partners.
- Collaborate with College Foundation on fundraising and donor engagement.
