Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a senior professional to oversee payer contracting and credentialing across the system. You will provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on negotiations, pricing, and delegated credentialing, and lead a team through evolving payer landscapes.

The role requires extensive healthcare contracting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive high-impact decisions while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health admin, or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees (MBA/MHA/JD) preferred but not required; strong leadership is essential.
• Minimum 7–10 years of management experience in finance/analytics/accounting within healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead payer contracting and credentialing for the health system.
• Guide senior leadership on payer negotiations, pricing, and delegated credentialing.
• Develop and mentor a high performing team of professionals.
• Manage in-network and out-of-network contracting for hospital and employed physicians.
• Collaborate across hospital and physician sides to address operational issues via negotiations and contracts.
• Monitor payer performance, provide strategic direction, and interpret complex financial models.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Health Management
