Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required, or Master's in another discipline with a BSN.
• For orthopedic non-nursing areas, Master of Science as an Athletic Trainer is required.
• Seven or more years of senior nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with strategic planning in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with ACNOs, physicians, and nursing staff to align goals with mission and vision.
• Utilize data-driven analytics to project growth, financial impact, and service vision.
• Oversee clinical/operational workflows to optimize patient care and service efficiency.
• Standardize policies, orientation, training, and clinical competencies across the system.
