The candidate should have a master's in nursing, 7+ years of leadership, and GA RN licensure;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required or Master's in another discipline with BSN.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible senior nursing leadership experience.
• Active RN license in Georgia; eNLC license if overseeing virtual care.
• Nurse Executive Certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) or CNML/CENP within 1 year of entry.
• BLS required; ACLS may be necessary depending on specialty area.
• Proven leadership, communication, financial and regulatory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic growth and operational objectives for the service.
• Collaborate with entity ACNOs, physicians, and nursing staff to align goals with Emory Healthcare's mission.
• Utilize data-driven analytics to project growth, financial impact, and service vision.
• Oversee clinical and operational workflows to optimize patient care and service efficiency.
• Ensure cost-effective resource utilization and monitor nursing budgets.
• Standardize policies, orientation, training, and clinical competencies.
