Qualifications

Current NY RN license required.
Specialized nursing certifications as needed.
8–12 years of nursing experience and 7+ years in leadership/management required.

Responsibilities

Directs 24/7 nursing practice and patient care across multiple departments.
Collaborates with Nurse Executives to develop a strategic plan for nursing.
Implements policies that align with organizational goals and values.
Communicates and builds consensus to achieve organizational objectives.
Leads clinical leadership, partnering with physicians and operations.
Ensures high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
Fosters a professional, respectful, accountable, high-performing work setting.
Oversees staffing for multiple departments and collaborates with HR.
