South Brooklyn Health seeks a Nurse Administrator to lead nursing services and education programs under the Chief Nursing Officer. You will organize, direct, and evaluate nursing operations in a dynamic hospital setting, ensuring alignment with system goals.

The role requires a NYS license as a Professional Nurse, a Master’s in Nursing Administration, and several years of senior nursing administration experience within hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Administration or equivalent; 4+ years high-level nursing administration; 3+ years in hospital.
• Equivalent accepted if licensed and registered in NYS.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements the Nursing Department's philosophy, objectives, policies and standards.
• Organizes the Nursing Department to delineate authority and lines of communication.
• Determines staffing requirements to meet patient care standards and maintains staffing.
