Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in nursing.
• Registered nurse licensure required with applicable certifications.
• Progressive leadership experience at the manager level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align service line goals through a shared vision with the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote mission and strategic plan.
• Foster a culture of trust, respect, collaboration and teamwork.
• Oversee budget, staffing, supplies, and capital needs for the service line.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive quality/performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and professional practice.
