Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• CODP certification or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in organizational development, organizational design, or HR business partner roles.
• Industry experience in energy or capital-intensive sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design and operating model alignment to reduce friction and enhance execution speed.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments to identify misalignments in skills, team structures, accountability, and decision-making authority.
• Build enterprise capabilities required for transformation success (strategic thinking, cross-functional mindset, authentic communication).
• Advise leaders on spans of control, organizational layers, centralization vs decentralization, and workload allocation across teams.
• Establish clear role design principles aligned with business goals to improve clarity and reduce overlap.
• Identify and address root causes of work friction, map workflows, expose bottlenecks, and design process improvements.
• Develop metrics to measure work friction and track improvements in intent to stay and team responsiveness.
• Lead change initiatives that shift culture toward agility, prioritization, collaboration, and appropriate autonomy.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning to address critical skill gaps and structure reviews.
