Job summary

Exigo Corporation in Colorado Springs seeks a Director of Security to lead the protection of people, facilities, and information across US operations. You will develop and implement security policies, manage risk, and supervise a multidisciplinary team in a defense-focused environment.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, 8+ years in security leadership, and strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD-705, and DoD security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• 8+ years progressive security management experience.
• Certified/FSO or equivalent security certification.
• Experience in defense contractor environment.
• Knowledge of physical and cyber security with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols.
• Lead and manage the security team, including hiring and evaluation.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for compliance.
• Oversee incident response planning and investigations.
• Manage security budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Provide regular security briefings and reports to leadership.
• Stay current with emerging threats and best practices.
