Job summary

Invictus International seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Risk & Exposure SME IV in Colorado Springs to support a DoD cyber defense mission. You will lead exposure analyses, develop risk-informed actions, and coordinate with ISSOs, system owners, and engineering teams.

You will mentor analysts, review remediation evidence, and produce executive briefings that convey exposure, control effectiveness, and mission impact to technical and leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4 years may substitute for education.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in cyber risk and RMF.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability management, RMF, and DoD security controls.
• Experience with ACAS/Tenable, runZero, STIG/SCAP, and RMF integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for cyber risk, exposure analysis, and continuous monitoring.
• Lead exposure assessments, attack paths, and remediation prioritization.
• Coordinate findings with ISSOs, system owners, and authorization stakeholders.
• Develop briefings and dashboards communicating risk to leadership.
• Mentor analysts and provide quality review of exposure assessments.
