Job summary

You will lead project management and field teams, driving safety, profitability, efficiency, and overall operational performance in the Southwest.

The role involves coordinating with executives on strategy and growth, optimizing resource allocation, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and contract

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects, leading project management and field teams while driving safety, profitability, efficiency, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project operations, schedules, budgets, and field execution across multiple projects.
• Lead and develop project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Monitor financial performance, cost controls, forecasting, and profitability.
• Manage resource allocation, staffing, equipment utilization, and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract specifications.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational strategy and business growth.
