Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
• Experience in corporate communications or PR and/or content marketing
• Proficient with digital communication and social media platforms
• Ability to provide data-driven advice to management
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications to engage corporate, functional and market-based associates; ensure alignment to corporate vision across channels.
• Craft messages, programs, and engages stakeholders to drive understanding and action.
• Edit and produce intranet content, announcements, executive communications and corporate news pages.
• Write and edit internal and external communications content to support corporate strategy and executive needs.
• Advocate for Breakthru brand story in leader communications.
• Develop relationships with HR and other stakeholders to identify communications opportunities.
• Analyze results of communications and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Develop templates and toolkits to assist other professionals in communications roles.
• Provide communications support for Breakthru events and quarterly calls.
