Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to protect and elevate the company’s reputation with internal and external stakeholders. This leader combines excellent project management with strong writing and storytelling to drive Breakthru’s narrative and reinforce brand equity across North America.

The role oversees internal and external communications, edits executive materials, supports leadership messaging, and measures outcomes to inform future activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in corporate or agency environment in corporate communications, PR and/or content marketing
• Experience in both internal and external corporate communications
• Technically savvy with digital communication/engagement and social media platforms
• Demonstrated business acumen with data-driven advisory capability
• Understanding diverse stakeholder audiences and tailored messaging
• Strong writing/editing skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communications to engage corporate, functional teams (operations; drivers and warehouse associates) and associates across markets.
• Understand audience views to craft messages, programs, and work that lead to stakeholder understanding and action.
• Serve as primary editor of the intranet SharePoint site and craft announcements, posts, and executive communications including PowerPoint presentations and corporate news pages.
• Write, edit, and produce internal and external communications content supporting corporate strategy and leadership needs.
• Ensure the corporate narrative is reflected in leader communications and advocate for the Breakthru brand story.
• Develop relationships with HR and other stakeholders to identify communications opportunities and manage updates.
• Analyze results of deployed communications and report insights to stakeholders.
• Support development of processes, templates and toolkits for other communications professionals.
• Provide communications support for Breakthru events (quarterly all associate calls, leader calls, roadshows, AOP/Leadership Conference).
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
