Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating.
• Experience leading or managing an estimating team.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the estimating function from bid review to project handoff.
• Establish and maintain estimating processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, fabrication, and procurement to ensure realistic estimates.
• Identify risks and cost exposures and develop competitive, profitable bids.
• Mentor and develop the estimating team and set performance goals.
